Digital Products (Courses & Ebooks)
All sales of digital products, including online courses, downloadable guides, and ebooks, are final. Due to the immediate access and non-returnable nature of digital media, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit once a purchase is completed.

Coaching Services
Refunds for coaching services are available exclusively for individual sessions or package portions that have not yet commenced. Once a coaching session has started, that specific session is non-refundable.

Cancellation & Refund Process
To qualify for a refund on unused coaching sessions, clients are responsible for:

Reviewing our complete Coaching Policy prior to booking.

Submitting a cancellation request in writing as early as possible before the scheduled session.

Ensuring prepaid session cancellations meet the required notice window outlined in the Coaching Policy.

Once approved, eligible refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.
